The Rebel Circles

Only a crisis - actual or perceived - produces real change. When that crisis occurs, the actions that are taken depend on the ideas that are lying around (...) the politically impossible, becomes politically inevitable.
— Milton Friedman

Crisis fuels change and while it is easy to see how that has tough consequences for our societies, it might inspire us to take a closer look at the opportunities to fuel the change we want to see in the world.

We have created a space for these discussions to help you find the opportunities within the crisis and create a better future. We call it the rebel circles. They are 1 hour sessions between 3-5 participants (incl. host) chosen due to their ability to see the positive implications of the current crisis.

The circles are based on the following principles.

  • Double looped learning

    • Each circle build upon earlier circles. The insights from the last session will be a used to fuel the next one.

  • Confidentiality

    • Participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of any other participant may be revealed (Chatham House Rules).

  • Pay it forward

    • When you have been a participant in a circle you pay it forward by hosting you own circle within your personal network.
